Now open in two locations- one near Place Vendôme and the most recent opening just off of Champs Elysées, near the exclusive Avenue Montaigne, Wine by One offers a unique wine experience to both amateurs and seasoned enthusiasts alike: bar à vin (wine bar), caviste (wine shop) and club de dégustation  (tasting club), all in a classy, “in vogue” style venue.

But the best part yet….more than 100 wines are available by the glass ranging from popular classics, to select grand crus, to your most exclusive high-end varietals. Would you believe there’s even Château Mouton Rothschild and Opus One wines available for tasting? And if your palate so desires, you can also visit some of the Champagne regions by the glass as well.

For those who enjoy learning about wines as much as I do… touch-screen tablets are on hand that include information about the winemaker, vintage, region, and even suggests food pairings. On the other hand, if you simply want to kick back and relax with a glass of wine and a light snack, you can do that too.
