Who is Zoé?
Some of you may be wondering, “So what’s with the dog…being on a travel/wine blog site and all?” Well, here’s the deal. Little Zoé, first of all, is no ordinary dog. In fact, people who meet her often joke that it’s just a matter of time before she starts talking! The thing is, Zoé is one of those doggies who likes being in the center of everything. She is a true socialite (with humans) and loves meeting and greeting people during her travels and at various social events.
Visiting Paris during the Pandemic
When the French government announced that as of June 9, 2021 that France would reopen its borders to fully vaccinated travelers, that was the green light that many of us francophiles were waiting for. In fact my French teacher Véronique who was based in Paris at the time said that on the morning of June 9, that the Americans were already there, which meant that they left the U.S. on the 8th to arrive exactly on (re)opening day.
