Burgundy Wine Tasting at Vino Venue

Another enjoyable and yet educational evening at Vino Venue. For this special tasting event, the Queen of Burgundy, Madame Jean-Marie de Champs of Domaine et Saveurs, presents an exquisite collection of Burgundy wines. We started with a delicieux (sparkling) Crémant de Bourgogne, De Aureo Spirito from Montigny. From there Madame presented a Chablis, a few white wines from the region (Chardonnay), several red wines from Burgundy (Pinot noirs) including a 1er Cru from the Pommard appellation, and finally ending with the beautiful Château Genot-Boulanger from Corton, France.
