Phillip Cooper, owner and sommelier, presents an elegant wine selection not only from popular areas in France, Italy, Spain, the US, etc., but also from lesser-known regions such as in Austria and Hungary. Food pairings are available and include cheese and charcuterie platters, salads, flatbread, and a dinner menu that is refreshed almost as often as the wine bottles in the Enomatic machine!
