Fashion Exhibit at the Swan House
Fashion in Good Taste is the latest exhibit on display at the Atlanta History Center’s Swan House. Each room of the estate built in 1928 presents a decade of Atlanta fashion spanning the 1920s to the 1960s. From the military-style uniforms of World War II Red Cross workers, to the sequined drop-waist dresses of Jazz Age flappers, the exhibit tells Atlanta’s past through fashion for each of the decades. A stylishly fun way to explore the fashion of Atlanta and discover the history of the women who wore it. On display until October 10 2016.
