Roswell’s Historic District

Travel back in time here in Roswell’s historic district which features the old cotton mill (the largest in North Georgia in its day), old plantation homes, and one of the very first apartment complexes built in the United States. Self-guided tour booklets as well as civil war brochures are available at the Visitors Center. Afterwards, enjoy a pleasant stroll along Canton Street where you’ll find art galleries, shops, and a selection of bars and restaurants.
